BP oil spill still sending tar balls ashore

Since 1992 Vince Bruner has devoted his practice solely to work as a Plaintiff's personal injury lawyer, dedicated to assisting people injured in accidents.

Researchers from Auburn University have confirmed a link between oil from the massive BP oil spill and tar found on Alabama beaches after Hurricane Isaac. Auburn University researcher Joel Hayworth said Tuesday a chemical analysis showed that tar balls collected after Isaac were associated with the type of oil spilled after the explosion on the Deepwater Horizon rig in 2010.

Auburn researchers collected roughly 15 pounds of tar balls after the storm. Officials around the Gulf Coast area continue to collect more. BP will hold a press conference in New Orleans to discuss its response to the news.
